Meet Morgan

Morgan Busse, DNP, FNP-BC, MSCP
Founder of Bespoke Health & Wellness

“I started Bespoke so I could practice the way I believe medicine should work: with time to listen. Menopause and obesity are real medical conditions, not personal failings, and you deserve care that’s grounded in evidence and built around your life. My job is to understand what matters most to you, and then partner with you to get there.”

Morgan Busse grew up playing soccer, riding horses, and exploring the Black Hills of South Dakota with her three siblings. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Washington in 2011 and spent eight years as an inpatient OB nurse at a busy urban hospital in Seattle. Her love for nursing, and her wish to build lifelong partnerships with patients and families, took her back to the University of Washington. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice there in 2020, specializing as a family nurse practitioner. While studying, Morgan worked with faculty on research that took her and her family across rural Washington and into the Amazon rainforest. She completed the NP residency program at Sea Mar Community Health Center, rotating through cardiology, women’s health, pediatrics, OB, behavioral health, nephrology, urgent care, and orthopedics. Morgan and her family moved to Colorado in 2021 to be closer to family and enjoy the Rockies.

In 2024, Morgan founded Bespoke Health & Wellness to offer the kind of unhurried, personalized care that’s hard to find in traditional clinics. She has since focused her practice on menopause care and obesity medicine, where she sees the greatest need, while continuing to care for the whole person.

When Morgan isn’t working, you’ll find her traveling or playing in the Rocky Mountains with her two children, husband, and dog. She loves hiking, biking, skiing, camping, and soccer.

Lavender pasque flowers blooming through dry prairie grass in early spring

The Pasque Flower

On my grandparents’ ranch in South Dakota, the pasque flower was always the first sign of spring. It pushes up through the cold ground, sometimes through the last of the snow, wrapped in soft silver hairs that keep it warm. To my grandmother, it meant brighter days were coming.

To me, it stands for new beginnings, strength, and beauty. It doesn’t wait for perfect conditions. It blooms anyway.

That’s why it’s at the heart of our logo. Many people come to Bespoke after a long winter of their own. I hope this flower reminds you that renewal is already rooted in you, and that spring is on its way.
