Two simple membership tiers
No contracts. No initial consult fee.
HSA/FSA accepted
At Bespoke, you pay one simple monthly fee for your care, and we work hard to keep everything else as affordable as possible. You’ll always know what something costs before you pay for it.
Optimization: $150 per month
For getting started and making changes. This is where we build your plan, start or adjust medications or hormone therapy, and see you more often while we find what works for you.
Maintenance: $100 per month
For when you’ve reached your goals and your plan is stable. You keep the same access to care with fewer routine check-ins, so you can maintain your progress at a lower cost. We’ll let you know when you’re ready to move to maintenance, and you can move back to optimization anytime your needs change.
What both tiers include
Visits with Morgan Busse, DNP, FNP-BC, MSCP, in person in Wheat Ridge or by telehealth
Unhurried appointments focused on your goals
A personalized treatment plan for weight management, menopause and perimenopause, or men’s health
Health coaching on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress
Ordering and reviewing your labs, and prescribing and managing your medications
Help finding the most affordable way to get your labs and medications
What’s not included
Some costs depend on what your care plan needs, so they’re separate from the membership:
Medications
Lab tests
Imaging and specialist visits, when needed
Additional services or treatments, which we’ll always review with you before you decide
How we keep your costs down
We use your insurance whenever we can. Labs and medications are billed to your insurance whenever possible.
When insurance doesn’t cover it, we help you find the lowest cash price using tools like GoodRx and Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company.
We look for savings programs and self-pay options from drug manufacturers when they’re available.
No markups. You pay the pharmacy or lab directly.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take insurance?
The membership is paid directly, so we don’t bill insurance for visits. That means no copays, surprise bills, or visit limits. We do use your insurance for labs, medications, imaging, and referrals whenever possible.
Should I keep my health insurance?
Yes. We recommend keeping insurance for emergencies, hospital care, specialists, imaging, and medications.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes, HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Is there a contract or sign-up fee?
No. There’s no long-term contract and no initial consult fee.
When can I switch to the maintenance tier?
Once your treatment plan is stable and you’re meeting your goals, we’ll talk about moving to maintenance. If things change, you can move back to optimization.
How much will my medications cost?
It depends on the medication, your dose, and your insurance coverage. We’ll talk through options and costs before you start, including insurance coverage, discount programs, and manufacturer self-pay programs.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Virtual visits are available in Colorado, Washington, Utah, New Mexico, South Dakota, Wyoming, Kansas, and Minnesota.
